🔄 Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Product is defective or not working
- Wrong product delivered
📌 Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Invoice or order proof is required
- Return request must be approved by our team
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or physically damaged by customer
- Installation damage occurs
- Request is made after time limit
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product verification
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method (or mutually agreed method)
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable
🔁 Replacement Policy
We prefer replacement instead of refund in most cases:
- Defective products will be replaced with a new unit
- Replacement is processed after verification
- Processing time: 3–7 working days
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed tractor music systems
- Customized or modified products
- Customer-damaged products
- Clearance or discounted items
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD orders must be checked carefully at delivery
- Once accepted, normal return policy applies
- Fake refusal or misuse may block future COD service
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- For urgent cancellation, contact support immediately
